Tenerife. II JORNADA DE VOLUNTARIADO Y SOLIDARIDAD IES ‘LAS INDIAS’

El día 18 de abril se celebró la II Jornada de Voluntariado y Solidaridad: Alimentación y Salud, a través del Programa Tenerife Solidario en el marco de la Campaña de Promoción de Voluntariado en Jóvenes ‘Cuenta Conmigo’ y en colaboración con el Instituto de Educación Secundaria Las Indias, con la finalidad de concienciar y sensibilizar a la comunidad educativa en los valores de bienestar y hábitos de una vida saludable, propiciando a la vez que los alumnos puedan iniciar una colaboración voluntaria con las Asociaciones que participamos.

El evento dio comienzo a las 8:45 h. con un acto inaugural de la mano de la Consejera Insular de Acción Social del Cabildo, Doña Cristina Valido y el Director del Centro Educativo Don Gregorio Hernández Pérez, y como colofón, la actuación musical del alumno Jorge Santos Lorenzo.
