 El objetivo principal de este curso, dirigido a los psicólogos, trabajadores sociales, auxiliares de clínica y cuidadores que ejercen su profesión en las asociaciones miembros de AEDEM-COCEMFE, ha sido transmitir los conocimientos básicos y necesarios sobre las emociones, el estrés y sus repercusiones sobre la salud, propiciando un espacio práctico-participativo donde los asistentes han podido, por un lado, conocerse a sí mismos, potenciar su bienestar y su salud emocional; y por otro, desarrollar y aplicar nuevos modos de acción más saludables, pues el bienestar y la salud de los profesionales redunda directa e indirectamente en el cuidado y la atención prestados a los usuarios para los que trabajan. Los conocimientos adquiridos podrán ser, a su vez, transmitidos a otros cuidadores profesionales o familiares de los afectados de nuestras asociaciones.

El curso fue impartido por la Psicóloga D.ª Rosa Mª Gómez Aguilera, Especialista Europeo en Psicoterapia, Formadora para el Empleo y Asesora Estatal de las cualificaciones profesionales de atención sociosanitaria a personas dependientes en instituciones y en domicilio.
